This is the smallest model among all YunFeng Mulit-Stage Setters (Incubator) , also called Tunnel Style Incubator. YunFeng is the fist company in China producing Tunnel Style Incubators, so we have more experience in this field, and thus our incubators usually have a higher hatchability than incubators from other suppliers.

Setting Capacity Per Week: (Calculated with the total capacity of 45,360 eggs)
Setting two racks (trolleys) per time, each time 15,120 eggs;
Every six days, thus 17,640 eggs/week;
Or every seven days, thus 15,120 eggs/week.

The largest two advantages of Tunnel Style Incubator are: energy saving and convenience for management.
For the first 10 days after setting, the eggs will be absorbing heat. After this period, eggs will start to give out heat. And in the last days of the incubation, the eggs will give out much more heat. The cycling ventilation of the Tunnel Style Incubator will bring heat given out by the early eggs, to the new eggs, which will reduce the working time and frequency of the heating devices and save a lot of energy. Data collected by us shows that Tunnel Style Incubator can save as much as 50% energy than Box Style Incubator and other kinds of Single-Stage Incubators.
For the whole incubation process, egg embryo needs different temperature environment in different stages. When eggs move from one position to another inside the Tunnel Style Incubator, the temperature environment at different positions are also different. And this temperature changing process is just what the egg embryo needs, which is the art of design for Tunnel Style Incubator. Although temperature is changing at different positions inside the incubator, we seldom need to change the setting temperature of the machine. So the management requirement for hatchery stuff is lower than Single-Stage Incubators (Box Style Incubators).

Cabinet Material: FRP with white polystyrene foam; imported FRP with BLUE FOAM
Inside Structure: Hot-dip-galvanized Racks(Trolleys), Other structures use Aluminum, Stainless Steel, or other kinds of anti-erosion material. Stainless Steel for Option.

Accessory Equipment:
XC-15 Hatcher: (One XC-15 Hatcher when there is only one setter; According to a ratio no more than 6:1 for the capacity when there are a lot of setters)
Air Compressor: Supply pneumatic power for egg turning inside the setter(Customer can prepare themselves or buy from us);
Water Supply Kit: Supply pressure clean water for Tunnel Style Setter(Customer can prepare themselves or buy from us);
Water Cooling System: Not included in the standard configuration. But it is advised for customers from hot area, in order to prevent high temperature alarm, especially for the Hatcher.
Water Heating System: Large hatcheries can consider installing this system if the local coal or petrol price is low. Coal burning or oil burning boiler will be needed.
